Helmed by Michelin two-star chef Tsang Chiu-king, Dynasty Garden arrived in Hong Kong in early 2017, presenting authentic, award-winning Cantonese delicacies in a luxurious dining environment. A refined décor, with swathes of speckled dark grey and beige marble and an array of Chinese porcelain, reflects a love of tradition and artistry.
It was important to position Dynasty Garden as a newly opened restaurant in Kowloon Bay that strives to bring a luxurious dining experience to patrons, with glamorous décor inspired by the traditional Chinese culture that is fit for royalties. It occupies over 12,000 square feet of space seating close to 200 guests.<br>A programme of interviews with Chef Tsang was crucial. A career spanning more than 30 years has taken Tsang to Switzerland and Australia, but it was when he helmed Ming Court in the Langham Place Hotel (now Cordis Hong Kong), he earned and retained two Michelin stars for four continuous years, which sparked a loyal following among gourmands.
Voltage secured over 80 clippings out of this one release, including 37 high quality features, with a total AD value of over 4.8 million. The creative approach to the press release and the continued pitching created enormous ROI for Dynasty Garden, helping to cement the brand amongst Asian media and consumers.
